The stellar lineup for this year’s iteration of Latitude Festival has been revealed, with featured headliners Fleet Foxes, The 1975 and Mumford & Sons.
The bill looks set to be one of the year’s greatest and most individual, with Mumford & Sons’ famed Gentlemen of the Road tour curating the Saturday of the festival – acts including Glass Animals, Margaret Glaspy and Honeyblood are set to foot the evening’s climb, culminating in a performance from Mumford & Sons themselves featuring Baaba Maal as a special guest.
This year will also be Fleet Foxes’ only UK festival appearance this year, and is their first announced in the UK since their reunion. The band are set to perform their first new material since 2011’s Helplessness Blues, with frontman Robin Pecknold having teased a new record as being “almost done” and featuring “folk-soul” influences.
Artists also performing include Placebo in another UK exclusive, The Japanese House, Jack Garratt, Loyle Carner, and Ride.
Latitude 2017 takes place in Suffolk’s Henham Park from the 14th to the 16th of July. Tickets are available here.By Jowan Mead
